Silver Contact Workshop
Automatic Rivet Production Machines are used to produce contact rivets to specific dimensions. The Automatic Rivet Manufacturing Machine is equipped with an automatic feeder that transports the raw material to the Rivet Manufacturing Machine, presses and moulds it to the required size and dimensions and then fixes the contacts to the rivets.
Stamping Part Workshop
SaiJin’s metal stamping workshop is equipped with advanced stamping equipment and precision tooling technology, and is dedicated to providing customers with high quality metal stamping parts. The workshop is equipped with several highly efficient and automated stamping machines, which are capable of mass production while ensuring the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of each product.
Contact Assembly Technology
By integrating electrical component contact assembly in our process flow, we are able deliver high performance price ratio completed contact assembly by utilizing multiple assembly technologies to increase efficiency, lower production cost and ultimately providing a competitive pricing to our clients.
