Fuda Alloy Materials Co., Ltd. was founded in March 1994. It is a high-tech enterprise integrating the research and development, production, sales, technical consultation and service of electrical contact materials. The company has two subsidiaries: Zhejiang Fuda Alloy Materials Technology Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Zhilan Technology Co., LTD. Its main products include three series: contact materials, laminated materials, and contact assemblies. The application scope covers the vast majority of occasions involving electrical contact. It mainly provides supporting services for domestic companies such as Chint, Hongfa, Lianxin, Delixi, as well as European companies like Schneider, ABB, Siemens, and Tyco. Global leading enterprises such as Emerson and Eaton in the Americas, Fujifilm, Omron, Panasonic and Mitsubishi in East Asia. Our products are exported to 32 countries and regions around the world, and our production and sales volume have ranked among the top in China for many years.
In 2021, in order to enhance the company’s management capabilities in strategic investment, capital operation, and subsidiary control, and improve operational efficiency, all the business, assets, equipment, personnel, etc. of Fuda Alloy Materials Co., Ltd. were transferred as a whole to its wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhejiang Fuda Alloy Materials Technology Co., LTD. The subsidiary has established the General Electric Alloy Materials Division, the Electronic and Electrical Alloy Materials Division, the Electrical Components Intelligent Manufacturing Division, and Wenzhou Weida Precious Metal Powder Materials Co., LTD.
