Round Silver Contact Rivets: AgNi + CuNi Bimetal Series
Optimizing electrical performance and material cost through advanced cold-heading and composite layering technology.

Why Round Rivets are the Industry Standard
Round silver contact rivets are the backbone of the automated switching industry. Their symmetrical geometry allows for 360-degree feeding in high-speed riveting machines, ensuring a seamless assembly process for automotive relays, thermostats, and household appliances.
The AgNi + CuNi Advantage
Our AgNi (Silver Nickel) working layer provides exceptional resistance to electrical erosion and material transfer. By bonding this to a CuNi (Copper Nickel) base, we solve two critical engineering challenges:
- Stable Contact Resistance: The nickel dispersion in the silver matrix prevents excessive pitting.
- Optimized Cost: Reducing silver volume in the rivet shank while maintaining high performance at the head.
